Kim Bushey

Hello! My name is Kim Bushey, and I am the teacher at Servant Leaders Christian Academy Milton (Whitewater). My education began in our little hometown elementary school and continued through high school. I had a heart for special needs throughout my growing and formative years. I taught special education swimming in 6th grade and cared for a child with special needs even as a young teen. That was the beginning of a lifelong passion for children.

I studied Pharmaceuticals at the University of Wisconsin, which did not end up being my passion but was great training for working with special needs, and I later attended Gateway in Northern Wisconsin before owning a licensed daycare. My education never stops. I am and always have been passionate about learning so I can best support my students’ individual needs. I want each of them to thrive and enjoy the journey! I’m the happy wife of Chad and thankful mother of ten (nine adopted and one currently fostered). I have learned that God was training me my whole life for the beautiful calling I now have. I love serving, so Servant Leaders Christian Academy is a great place for me to do just that!
